Helen has over 20 years experience in NHS/Local Authority managing the PBS/challenging behaviour training programmes for Education, Children and Adult Social Care and Health settings.

 

Helen works alongside managers to coach and mentor a culture based on strong leadership and positive behaviour support.

Business Support

 

Julian's background has been mainly business support within local authority. Having worked for Leicestershire County Council Social Care Services for most of that time.

Julian supports our consultancy for leadership and management and also helps us to bring our business ideas to life.

Jeanette Stafford photo

Jeanette Stafford

Senior Associate

 

Jeanette has worked in NHS/Local Authorities for over 24 years supporting people with learning disabilities, mental health conditions and older persons; managing day services and is also a registered manager of a supported living service.
 

Jeanette's special interest and passion in this line of work stems from childhood as her brother is autistic. Jeanette started her career working predominantly with people on the autistic spectrum. 
 

Alongside the ‘day job’, Jeanette has been a trainer in Autism and Positive Behaviour Support for over 15 years.

Associate Trainer

 

Elaine worked for Leicestershire and Northamptonshire County Council supporting staff with person-centred planning, thinking and approaches in the Learning Disability Services.

 

More recently, Elaine was responsible for setting up a successful social enterprise scheme which was run by people with learning disabilities. The scheme aided employment in gardening and woodcraft. Elaine joins us as one of our BILD and RRN trainers for positive behaviour support.

Associate Trainer

 

Lucy qualified as a Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse after many years working in the field as a community LD nurse, special Needs Education Assistant within schools, a support worker for Autistic adults with LD, and a Clinical Aromatherapist.

 

Lucy delivers WTM training alongside her current role as a practitioner providing support for Neurodivergent Prisoners.

We also have a large team of specialist instructors based across the UK who join us to spread the Message!
